Chaos Constructions 001: Party was ... it rulez!
(Just want to apologize for some confusion of presenting their
thoughts. Some facts may not be entirely accurate, some
completely missed. Described here is my subjective view on the
party, which is not the absolute truth. Must read
other report, take a look / listen to the work and draw
conclusions themselves).
August 22, 2001. So when he returned home from CC'001, I do not
I believe that everything happens in reality. For me, it
demoparty left many pleasant memories. Old friends, new
friends, film footage - it's hard to describe, but it cool!
Start ... In St. Petersburg I Justinas arrived on August 17 in
8:00. Behind the left Kaliningrad, the Baltic coast. Close
future has been elusive and mysterious. Well, in the "present"
we met Petersburg. Sunny summer morning, the mountain of bags
from our feet, and this age-old question: "Where we live and
what we will eat?. "Taking the bags in hand, we moved into the
metro to find out the first part of the question. But fate has
not been gracious to us and, to get to places, we learned that
the housing we bummer. The only positive thing was that we
could leave the bags for storage. Taking the necessary things
for the party at least (And forgetting to take even more
necessary), we went to check the fallback option of housing.
But there we were waiting for "closed doors".
The next item on our cultural program was party place -
Cinema "Sunrise". First, on the subway, then a race with the
trolley-bus, then walk under the burning sun and now ... it ...
This is a great and truly historic place was right before us.
Outwardly, everything seemed to be the old way, only on windows
the second floor now sported a sign of computer club "Altair".

Inside, all was calm. In the hall of any cobwebs of wires on

Justinas, without knowing it, gradually infiltrated the process
of organizing the party, or rather its part of the Spectrum.
Very much like to part of the Spectrum CC'1 passed without a
hitch. Runs from one computer to another, training CDs, sorting
papers, preselekt - these are just a small list of those
events, who did that night.
Night. In the hall went two men in police uniform (probably
security), and now you can sleep at night ;-). People placed on
the wooden benches by placing his head under jackets, sweaters
and bags. Sleep on the wooden seats, I'll tell you, is not very
pleasant experience, but the consciousness that you sleep in a
place like partyplace, makes one forget about all the
inconveniences. Personally, I remember falling asleep to the
sound of Commodore-64, and woke up under Sounds spekovskoy
AY'shki.
August 18, 2001. I remember all asked to leave the room to
then make a run "for tickets." Waiting for a start, people in
street, near the entrance, to interact, swallowed beer and
photographed. There were several people with camcorders and
digital cameras. It should be noted that the lucky owners of

their "Pictures" on one of the pc-computers, and the whole
thing immediately spread to the Internet.
If not mistaken, somewhere, at 12:00, as planned, started
selling tickets. "Ticket" consisted of several components:

printed rules of visiting the party, regulation and grid vote
on the zx-compos: 6 nominations in 5 cells in every room for

party. In the second form has 10 small rectangles, named names
pc / amiga compos. These boxes had to be subsequently cut /

Organizers, as well as the winners of last issue special Chaos
badges, which clearly was written "pass free" and "access
guaranteed". Incidentally, during the entire party watched the
police order, and if you did not have corporate badges, and
could not let into the room, though ...
Organizers for some reason did not appreciate that someone from
the audience and participants may be late to the party early
and skip the "issue tickets. "As it turned out, no problems
were latecomers to the party, but is without badges and plates
for a vote.
People filtered into the hall and occupied the vacant seats.
Around Spectrum has gathered a small crowd; latecomers tried to
pass their work. But finally came a time when Chaos
Constructions 001 declared open. This was done by a man in a
green jacket, which, in my opinion, was named Breeze. Then,
during the entire party, called him "a man with a microphone."
Under tremendous white screen on a stage adorned magazine ads
"Hacker". His Representatives were invited onto the stage,
which also said the words greetings to all participants and
spectators.
Concerning Regulations organizers immediately said that the
plans have changed slightly, and night competitions will not be
a party will be held at 2 days. Me this is even a little
pleased, as he withstand non-stop schedule, which was planned
earlier, I probably would have failed.
First in the list of competitions were listed zx-gfx compo, but
for some reasons, first launched ay-music compo. Unbeliever ^
