ShuCon2004 report

So, I finally forced myself to write this report. First
the reason why I had done - because it still has not done
No one, and secondly, C-jeff asked me to do it. This will be
only a short report, because all the days that I spent on Shucon
Now for me to have merged into one, so I can not exactly
to say what and when happened. Well there you go:
On Friday, 02/07/2004 My wife and I packed up, stuffed into
car and drove off. Of course, the direction in Sumice. We
decided that will come to JSH one day before the party. The
trip went like clockwork, on the border of the Czech Republic
and Slovakia, we slowed down, and the border guard just shook
his head to drive. From the border to Sumice very close, so
after 15 minutes, we stopped at the home JSH. We surprised a
mess everywhere. But soon we all explained. JSH parents decided
to make the repairs, why then It looked like this. But we still
had not care. Through for some time drove Omega and Poke, so we
decided to start mark the beginning ShuCon. We went to a small
bar called Jadranka, where stayed until midnight. We drank
about 6 casks of beer, Omega still upset and a couple of
glasses of liquor. In Overall, noted well.
Saturday stood out as usual - had left the house, ran to
shopping. The first batch of people arrived at noon, so that's
began ShuCon. We drank beer and liquor, the mood was
fun and cool. Dizzy with its equipment has not arrived yet,
therefore, to play music, we used the car Petra.
It was fun, especially when some of us early in the morning
singing download Ozzy "Mama I'm coming home", however, sounded
crappy:)
On Sunday, there were components (PC and ZX, as well as the C64
and Amiga), Petanque competition held on and came to a few
spektrumistov. Thanks Aragorn for the 'Net this year, though,
all 2 of the day sitting on IRC EYE.
On Monday, the equipment arrived Dizzy, and we have a
big stereo system. By the time it was already a crowd
people, at least 25 people. Fun, competition
Petanque, a lot of music, beer and grub in plenty. We do not
missed a small source of water located
far from home, and raids in the small shop.
I think it was Tuesday, when the Tornado was rescued us the key
to 24 which we used to loosen the caps of beer
cans Gambrinus. MikeZT, Shrek, Logout and Factor6 started
over their Shucon Kapka Demo. Around Wednesday ShuCon scored
their turnovers, and we mocked with Koroptev (partridge) thing
(note delirium some turns). TDM, Poke Baze and eventually wrote
a good song. In the evening we have started working with
Koroptef's Eklhaft Kentus Professional. Omega kodil, Factor6
something painted, and I tensed and composed music. Another
Poke and Wixet also participated in this. Then something
happened that nobody expected. Factor6 dressed as the
"astronaut" and posmeshil us your Karaoke6 Biden. Must Note
TDM'a ability as a moderator. He broke his glasses during the
show, but we could not help laughing when he took microphone. I
can not forget completely traditional, but unique fireworks
show Dron'a, which this time was slightly longer. Baze had
success with his "Ode to fried cheese" (Ode of fried cheese)
and a special joke with shower. My knowledge of English not
enough to describe it, but the shower cubicle over and over
again came the laughter. I must not forget about the journeys
we have done in Buchlovice Castle, a small lake called Blue
Water, a beautiful outdoor pool as well as an extensive search
mushrooms :)))) Do not worry, no one was poisoned, they were
not even hallucinogens. Yet we are good parents to help with
the repair JSH. We've removed a lot of old brick with a loft,
and it was cool when JSH father gave us a home pear liqueur. I
must also admire our girls, JSH, Sweet and others, who prepared
food during all this. I hope my goulash, too many
liked it.
And, I almost forgot to mention about the telescope Dizzy, who
used to monitor the surroundings and the stars. AND
was again the talisman. This time it was a small black cat
that someone left at our cottage. It took us a very
easy, but we are a little scared, what will become of her when
we leave. But Aragorn took her. Well that's all. That was so
ShuCon. It always ends abruptly.
Last night we celebrated with absinthe. We were a little
disorientirovany at first, but then we walked up in the
morning. In last Sunday it quickly dispersed, so
clean up has got to Baze, me and my wife, JSH, Tornado, Petra
and Dodo. At 17:00 goodbye to the cottage and barely concealed
tears. What else to say? This ShuCon was again excellent, even
difficult describe. Must itself go through it all to
understand. Can pity if you missed it, but if you were there,
other than memories would be a long time. Hopefully, next year
will meet again!
