It's difficult to take such screenshots, because the resolution on it is 240x160...

A banal envelope.
You can stamp as many of these as you like, I even did this for some time in
Bmp2Scr.
And Sega or Gba, what's the difference?

I didn’t care, I converted from everything possible, it worked well with
GB (B&W). It depends on what you convert.

Hello Costa
Cos> and here is how you can get Spectrum attributes when
Cos> converting as in the second picture? manually then color it or
Cos> were they like this in the original?
The second screenshot came out so well because:
1. The original picture was drawn in a limited palette and was not resized.
2. in the original there are dark outlines, this is very helpful during conversion.
here's another example:

and I dabbled in this, but probably 99% did this...
2 diver - but to help porters - put it in the archive /rom and a link to
emulsion, or even better - already converted graphics... so that a person does not have time for this
lost...

for example...

Where have you seen 320x240?
Sega, Snes, GBA, Neogeo, Mame - everywhere a little more or less.
Why resample something?
If the game is a scrolling game, then size usually doesn’t matter.
Well, it will be a little larger on spec. You cut off a bit of the clouds or the interface at the bottom.

Hello diver
Where can I download games?
Considering that most games scroll the screen, have a palette and tile size
multiple of 8. DS is almost no better than other consoles.
And if we take into account the small number of games so far, their inaccessibility and dampness
emulators...
The only plus is new games and sometimes very original ones.

Hello, goodboy
goo> why ?
platform: Nintendo DS, the next generation of Nintendo handheld consoles after
GBA
description: en [http://www.nintendo.com/techspecds], ru
[http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_DS]
release date: November 2004
features: 2 physical screens with a resolution of 256x192 (!!!), bottom screen -
sensory.
number of games released: ~150-200
[http://www.nintendo.com/gamelist?start=1&oord=asc&osort=title&sort=&cmd=&toggl
e=true&query=&tf=&cf=&sf=Nintendo+DS&ef=&rf=&pf=&af=&vf=&nf=] (~350 rom releases
emulators: DeSmuMe [yopyop156.ifrance.com/], iDeaS
[http://spazioinwind.libero.it/linoma/ideas.html], DualiS, Ensata, DSemu, and
etc.
Normal releases of roms, naturally, began not so long ago, less than a year
back. The development of emulators is now in full swing, and although the number of them
about 7, only two actually emulate something: desmume v0.3.3 and ideas1.0.0.8c.
Exactly “something”, because 3D features of NDS are not yet emulated at all. They're going to desmume
more games, better quality, but ideas supports almost all 2d layers
images, but no desmume yet.
A few months ago it was generally difficult to take screenshots,
Accordingly, try converting graphics to zx too. Now it's possible
which is what I did. In this regard, it seems to me, the life of those whowho would like to port games from other platforms to zx. NDS for today -
ideal option. At the same time, NDS is an ideal handheld platform for
ZX emulation. Although all emulator matters are complicated by the fact that NDS devkit,
Of course, commercial - from $10,000. Although, there is already an attempt - DSpec.
ps forgot to add:
screenshot 1 - Lunar - Dragon Song (Genesis)
screenshots 2.5 - Puyo Pop Fever
screenshots 3.4 - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 - Mutant Nightmare
screenshots 6,7,8 - Phoenix Wright

Hello new art
new> Where can I download games?
Above I gave links to everything, incl. and on the Roma - chinaemu.org, I pour from there, Roma
thick, decent games - 32-64 meters, in the archive from 15 to 40.
new> Considering that most games scroll the screen, have a palette and size
new> tiles are a multiple of 8. DS is almost no better than other consoles.
1. Graphics convert better if they are _drawn_ in a limited palette and
not resampled/resized, i.e. with original texture.
2. As a consequence of point 1., if we take a 240x160 or 320x240 screen, then what should we do?
stretch? trim? finish drawing? > inconvenience in transferring graphics.
3. The design of the interface and game space is _already_ready_ - nothing is needed
remake and wise up.
new> And if we take into account the small number of games so far, their inaccessibility and dampness
new> emulators...original.
let me ask, how many games does it take to port _one_? ~50-100
titles per year - quite a few. I didn’t understand about the inaccessibility, I gave a link to
all Roma. dampness of emulators? this is temporary, 2d will be licked in half a year if
not before. I'm telling you - emuls are rapidly developing with several new versions
each per month.
new> The only plus is new games and sometimes very original ones.
I haven't noticed this yet.
