ZXNet

I have a question about the subject. Where to register the Donetsk network, from whom to get ZXNet echoes and soap, etc. It is supposed to be pulled over IP, with forwarding through two hops to Fidonet (without the ability for non-ZXNet nodes to access echoes and soap).
Is this possible? Who is our IP distribution node? Is there an ICQ?

The distributing node has temporarily died. Previously I was on IP 2:461/700 (500:572/700)
So now only e-mail until the new hub comes online
or someone registers it :)

Why not?

Now there seems to be no one. But the problem is already being solved. Within a week
most likely it will work.
