Hello, All!

Here is the offer I received from Corvax/AREAsoft:

music, etc.). And now I use RC all the time, because... if

What can All say about this?

about DirSys: can make a special one. a plugin with such bells and whistles - put small useful, but not often used functions into it like rename
(extended), support for DirSys directories, a formatter, for example, and much more. And all this will only take up _one_ additional page. True, at
48k all this will not be available, but still, IMHO it is a more sensible idea. By the way
by winding up the plugin in this way you can get rid of small plugins that consume
16kb each.

This is exactly what happens!

But on PC there is, for example, explorer in Windows. I like his “single-panel”
ideology better (if you want another panel, open the window). There are also 3
panel
commanders, and there was even a 4-panel Diamond Commander on the spec. But this is all a terrible
perversion. One panel is enough for everyone. Especially if there is no screw. There just needs to be
the ability to quickly switch between different directories and/or drives.

if not on an extended keyboard, then it can be convenient - CS+ (3..8), otherwise
you’ll have to climb who knows where to click the page. I am against PgUp, PgDn!

you can do it like in MultiRename - check for the presence of space in 48 memory for the
plugin and transfer it there, or leave it in the bottle. IMHO, the
DirSys support plugin will take no more than 600-800 bytes.

You probably have a bad PC keyboard, and also an ugly layout where there is no PGUP/DOWN?
On a normal Spectrum keyboard there are TRUE/INV buttons. video on the top left, and
left
below the cursor keys - everything is convenient. Although somewhat non-standard, but in
iS-DOS
this is how it is done.
