troubles with Dickie

And solve for me one simple hardware problem.
We have a wild one that sometimes falls into the hard magic when downloading
besides, the key in the Kondratiev scheme is in order, and accordingly it is necessary to
cure it.
Here's what I did:
1nROM ┌───┐
>───────┤& │
│ O────────┐ ┌───┐
┌─┤ │ └───┤& │ NMI
│ └───┘ MAGIC │ ├─────>
└────────┐ >─────┤ │
┌───┐ │ └───┘
M_NMI ┌─┤& │ │
>─────┤ │ O──┘
└─┤ │
└───┘
I have 27512 ROM halves distributed in a standard way: 0- Glitched
1- TR-DOS
2- BASIC128
3- BASIC48
It would seem that everything is simple and should work, but alas, after installing this scheme
falling out into magic did not stop and no longer rare?!
Whoever is the first to say why will receive the candy personally from the hands of that same Gluck who was mentioned in the first line ;)
By the way, it’s not just me who has a bug with the wild one,If who not reads ZX.SPECTRUM the about such
same there wrote Victor Kuzmin! ╞══════════════────--

There is a small error in dosx.com.
We are looking for the byte sequence: 08 D7 08 3E C3 and replace C3 with C9. (nmi in
tyrdos)
More: 3E F20E 84 D7 - D7 change to 00. (I don’t know what)
