You can lubricate two metal cylindrical things (I don’t know how to correctly
name them) along which the magnetic head moves, the noise will stop, but after
some time you’ll probably have to lubricate it again... ;))
And best of all, also turbocharge the FDD controller, then the noise will be much
less...

Lubricate the engine with oil. Just be careful, use a syringe to drop a small drop.

First, lubricate the drive. Secondly, if you have TRDOS5.03, you can flash 5.04 or something similar.
