PT3.60A:

in this mode, the note E is POORED. when AutoEnv=ON the mode
is stable, otherwise it works once and turns off after
the very first note.

now the player occupies #c00
new: csU, csI - select start/end of block at the cursor (!)

fixed: when using patterns sequentially, the direction
3xxx for the first note of the pattern is calculated correctly! but 3xxx from the note
to itself is prohibited!

new: the ssY button switches the accidental sign (flat/sharp) for
the current note!
