From Kirill Frolov To All 15 December 1998

Greetings, All!

I know for sure that there is an STS that sits in the cache and is magically
called from there...
And that it uses some kind of 3rd screen :-/

If this is not a secret development of American spies, then where can I get it
?

With best wishes, Kirill Frolov.
