Make a converter with all utilities (fwd)

Here they threw a copier into real speccy. Well, I tried, copied, damaged
a couple of disks, obviously they were rough ones, so I didn’t lose any information, and I got the following proposal.
Isn’t it better to make such a copier, like built into some good
commander. Well, let's say something like dzhemeni.
Insert a hobeta there, tr_dos, ms_dos, cpm formatters, and also do it so that

when copying to tr_dos, files can be cut to any length. Also
make a
hotkey so that you can change the starting address of the file, and not go to the

doctor who knows where. Well, in short, make a sophisticated commander with all the utilities from Spectrum to IBM.
How are you doing this. I would raise the guys in Lvov, well, someone else would help and
there would be a good utility. The goal is to ensure that we, realists, can easily do without IBM.
