This echo conference was created for communication on the topic of the
ZX-Spectrum platform, primarily people who have access to
Fido, using real Spectrum-compatible computers (although, in principle, you can participate in correspondence to anyone who will
follow these rules).

1. It is prohibited to mention about other platforms (you can mention
them if it is related to the features of the
software and hard drive being discussed); It is also prohibited to compare platforms with each other, as well as to criticize them [*].

1.1 Discussion of emulators is unacceptable, this is an echo for the

2. Skirmishes between different modifications of Spectrum-compatible computers are extremely undesirable (respect, please,

c) ROM firmware files in binary code (*.bin);
d) disk images of the Shalaev emulator (*.trd);
e) raster graphics files (*.pcx, *.bmp, *.jpg);
f) file or group of files, in scl format (*.scl).

Before posting, the above files must be packed with Spectrum ZIP (*.$z) or a similar archiver on PC (*.zip), the archive must contain a description of the contents in a text file (preferably this file had a standard name file_id.diz,
descript.ion or read_me).

Please do not send files to the echo conference that
have characters in their names that contradict the standards
