Programmer!

If there is already an MPPS modification for firmware 27512, then there are no more difficulties. Here
one person gave you a PIN
270xxx. As you can see, these MCs also have a dual purpose pin: /OE (output enable) and PGM (programming pulse). This is where you need to send the signal from the
programmer that goes to the 22nd leg 27512. Output /CS
270xxx “plant” forever in “0”. Additional address lines
270xxx will have to be sorted by hand in binary sequence. That's all.

You don't need to use your hands, there is one program, so to speak, a sophisticated MPPS, in theory
it shouldn't even sew such ROMs.
