Problems with Spectrum B-IR

I have a Spectrum clone Spectrum B-IK (DIDAKTIK SKALICA) with BetaDisk128 on
KR1818VG93 and built-in TR-DOS 5.x.
There is a problem:
I can’t connect a 5'25|3.5" float drive.
I tried to connect the following types of float drive:
Soviet: MC5305 5.25" 360Kb;
Imported: 5.25" (1.2Mb), 3.5" (1.44Mb).
At the back of the computer there is a 40pin connector (IDE type).
I don’t have a layout for it :(. When connecting the pressed cable from the BC
(there is also 40pin on the computer), the drive seems to be visible, but not
formatted and not readable. Moreover, when you try to format it
it rotates the floppy disk motor, but the head does not move. If you connect
a Soviet MC5305 drive, then its head “knocks” while being in
If you move the heads away with the handles, they
return to their place, as expected.
Additional request - send please, the wiring of this 40pin
connector.
And lastly, maybe one of you has a complete description,
circuit diagram, documentation for this computer? I would be very grateful...
Thank you in advance for your answer.

Sincerely, Roman
