Problems with CMOS clock

Hello All!

Who knows why the CMOS clock can be in a hurry by 5 seconds per minute?
I tried installing different quartz (not different frequencies), the effect is the same.
At the same time, the KR512VI1 and HD146818P are in the same hurry.
The clock is installed on the same board with the hard drive controller.
The hard drive works absolutely fine.
