The essence of the problem is this:

There is Dickie Mailer, it works for reception without problems, but on
transmission the message
"RESENDING FROM nnnn (SYNC)" appears all the time, i.e. At first the transmission window is 512 bytes, then it increases to 1024 and after that a message pops up and the already transmitted block is sent a second time. And
this happens with every block. Maybe someone has encountered such a problem and knows what's going on? Write, don’t be shy.

I guess on Hydra?
A familiar glitch, one of the simple solutions - ask your boss
to install Janus to communicate with you, it’s at least unidirectional,
but this doesn’t happen to him.
