Greetings to everyone!

Here we have received some small proposals regarding the questionnaire - to extend the deadlines longer
and it is mandatory to write your real names. Decide for yourself about the names - I'm
more interested in answers about the expansion of the Spectrum, but about the date - that's right.
Reception of applications is extended until December 31, 1999. If anyone distributes the questionnaire among their friends or subscribers of their electronic publications, please correct the date. Editors of magazines/newspapers can contact me directly
for a corrected (very slightly) copy of the questionnaire.

P.S. The survey is ongoing. The first answers have already been received. Don't be shy
participate. Say “no” to your laziness, which is trying to chain you to the sofa, turn on the computer and type the answer to the questionnaire on the keyboard and send it
to me :) !
