Great, All!

We here in the legendary city of Severodonetsk thought and decided to make 1024kb on
port #7FFD, but how to do this?
Simply throw out latch bit 48 and insert a new control bit if =0
ordinary 512kb and if =1 then too ordinary only instead of 48kb, additional pages are included
another RU7 line, programmatically no inconveniences of the ent
rework does not create just more pages and that’s it!
...
Well, well, you say, there’s a lot of memory and on a cool port, but
there is one thing _but_ you say, “But what about those programs that only work
in the 48kb mode, and? What then?
But the switch clicked nothing, and the latch is there and the memory became less than by a factor of 2.

>If at least someone liked all this, please, and I >will throw the circuit in the ECU!

Hello, Nikolay!

18 Apr 98 Nikolay Maslenikov was mumbling in the hope that Everyone would read about the
Proposal., I read it and decided to answer:

As I always say in such cases: AND YOU DON'T THINK, THINKING IS HARMFUL!!!

NM> additional pages another RU7 line, software
NM> no inconveniences, no modifications
NM> it just creates more pages and that’s it!
Do you think that America has been discovered? this feature has long been known to everyone (in 5026 at least) and has even been done somewhere.
NM> ...
NM> Well, well, you say there’s a lot of memory and on the cool one
And why do you need so much? if you copy disks, then it’s not worth it, and there’s no need for it
anywhere.

Really, let’s say!

And what?

And that’s it!? Well, now let’s hang the computer with switches.
NM> the memory has become 2 times smaller.
What if the program itselfturns off 128? then what will happen?

AI> That's all!? Well, let's now hang the computer with switches.
:)) And he loves them! He has about 4 of them, if not more. And the LEDs blink
when the page is being processed. Just color music! :)

All the best.
With respect, Roman Milukov.

AI> Maybe someone needs it, but not me.
Likewise, I’m not
going to support this “standard” in my programs!

Well, packaged, Andrey, packaged!
