We installed the left microcircuits. :-(

ZXNet echo conference «real.speccy»

From Alex Letaev To All 6 November 1999

HI, ALL!

Give me, PLZ, information on the microcircuits:

KP580BA86
KP580ИP82
КP580ИP83

They will install, damn it, on the factory versions of Speccy. :-(

Sincerely, Alex from FFC COMPUTERS.

All the best.

Greetings, oh venerable Alex!

Once [Saturday 6 November 1999] at [22:03:42] I saw how Dmitry Lomov
wrote a letter to Alex Letaev.
The reason was the topic “Installed the left microcircuits. :-(”.
I decided to comment on this event...

AL>> KP580ИP82

DL> a la IR23, only legs in a normal way (inputs on one side
DL>, outputs on the other).

Nope :). This is practically (pinout) a complete analogue of the 555IR22, i.e.
“latch by level”, and not by the front.

AL>> KP580ИP83

DL> the same, but with inversion (sort of).

Ie. IR22 with inversion. But in reality there is no such thing. :)

Sincerely, Felix.

AL> KP580IP83

KP580VA86

The KP580VA86 microcircuit is a bidirectional 8-bit bus driver, has an increased load capacity.
Outputs without inversion with three stable states.

┌───┬───┬───┐ __ a0 - a7 information bus.
1 ─┤a0 │ │ │ oe - transmission permission (control
2 ─┤a1 │ │ b0├─ 19 3rd state) - with oe=1, outputs
3 ─┤a2 │ │ b1├─ 18 are in the Z-state.
4 ─┤a3 │ │ b2├─ 17 t - selection of transmission direction - at
5 ─┤a4 │ │ b3├─ 16 t=1, A -> B.
6 ─┤a5 │ │ b4├─ 15 bo - b7 information bus.
7 ─┤a6 │ │ b5├─ 14 Ucc - supply voltage +5v.
8 ─┤a7 │ │ b6├─ 13 GND - common.
├───┤ │ b7├─ 12
9 ─°oe │ ├───┤
├───┤ │Ucc├─ 20
11 ─┤ t │ │GND├─ 10
└───┴───┴───┘

KR580IR82, KR580IR83

Microcircuits KR580IR82 and KR580IR83 are 8-bit address
registers with increased load capacity.
KR580IR82 is an 8-bit D-register “latch” without inversion and with
three output states. KR580IR83 - with inversion and three
output states.

┌───┬───┬───┐
1 ─┤d0 │ │ │ __ d0 - d7 information bus.
2 ─┤d1 │ │ q0├─ 19 oe - resolutiontransmission (control
3 ─┤d2 │ │ q1├─ 18 3rd state).
4 ─┤d3 │ │ q2├─ 17 stb - strobe signal.
5 ─┤d4 │ │ q3├─ 16 q0 - q7 (q0_- q7_) information
6 ─┤d5 │ │ q4├─ 15 bus.
7 ─┤d6 │ │ q5├─ 14 Ucc - supply voltage +5V.
8 ─┤d7 │ │ q6├─ 13 GND - common.
├───┤ │ q7├─ 12
9 ─°oe │ ├───┤
├───┤ │Ucc├─ 20
11 ─┤stb│ │GND├─ 10
└───┴───┴───┘
__
With a high signal level stb and low oe, microcircuits
operate in bus driver mode: the information at the outputs
q for IR82 is repeated, and for IR83 it is inverted. When the stb signal transitions from a high level to a low level, the transmitted information is "latched" in the internal trigger, and it is stored as long as there is a low level at the stb input.

In general, the 580 series is a brake series. There is no question of turbocharging a
computer with these chips :-(

ИР82 - parallel 8-bit register, speed 70 ns,
consumption 800 mW, TTL technology, three-state output,
pins: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 - inputs, 12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19 -
outputs, 9 - /OE, 11 - /CE.
IR83 - the same, but bidirectional.
BA86 - bidirectional bus amplifier (approximately like AP5);
described in detail in "Radio-86RK", it's a long way to look for magazines :).

Hello Kirill Frolov! In a message of 10 Nov 99 Kirill Frolov wrote to me:

KF> What are the computers called?

Untitled, Spectrum128 of course written. :-) As usual, two small
PTs, and one fat one, and a clock generator in 2716. Darkness. :-)

ALL<= Thank you all so much for the information on microcircuits. Figured it out.
