Help with PROFI needed

Hello everyone.
I am having problems with my PROFI. From the beginning, briefly about
the machine: PROFIv5.03/ HDD 270 under CP/M/COM PORT/ US ROBOTIC
14400 modem + software for CP/M.
Now about the problems: 1. Whenever working with the modem, the terminal
finds a non-existent carrier, in manual mode it works
normally. 2. The zmodem protocol does not work, although xmodem
works stably. 3. When you try to start the protocol for working with
emsix mail, you are returned to the system. 4. Network work is not stable (not a single day has passed without the computer hanging at least once).
I ask for help in solving these and a number of other problems. Is there
software to make all this work under TR-DOS or
IS-DOS? Does anyone work under CP/M?

now in order:
1) Finnish comport is assembled on VI51 - its max. frequency is 9600, it makes sense to use
only the mouse in cp/m.
2) as an option (IMHO the only one) to install a multicard from the PC (it is advisable to
look with a fifo buffer - I haven’t come across such ones yet;().The multicard
connects in the same way as a modem using the Kondratiev scheme. It will be possible to use
terminals and a fidosh mailer (available for both trdos and isdos).
3) install a more powerful processor, instead of a resistor on the top board (ag3)
set up a csap6 signal (I think that’s what it was called), select a conder on the
TRDOS trigger, etc...
