Today I sent 3 floppy disks to a person. At the post office they said: WE DO NOT ACCEPT BANDEROLS
(that's why I sent it by registered mail). Is this the case for everyone or only 5029? like, they closed the shop?

Not all post offices have a parcel department, first of all.
Even in Moscow.
(in between:)
2All: someone once mentioned that they had a test ROM for the Spectrum, but could not count it, since the person did not have the program
mmator???

What do you mean by “more”?
It turned out that now everything that is bulky and not made of paper
is considered a parcel. Previously, a parcel was something that was less than
a kilogram. Two bottles of eye drops, for a relative
in the village, and then now a parcel ;-)))
