Play_TZX version 1.03

Greetings, dear All Dormidontych!

On the evening of the seventh I am uploading a new version to the echo.

I will list only the significant changes:

+ Searching for files by the first extension character (previously - by three)
+ now also processes TAP files
+ Repeating file recording without rescanning
+ Displaying file names from headers (e.g. Bytes: elite$)
+ Changed outi to out (c) - it should work OK on all processors.
+ minor changes and improvements (read help, which, by the way,
has been rewritten and significantly expanded.)

Good luck!
