Please identify the Spectrum.

According to the basic design, there are only 67 cases
Board size 300x180mm
Memory 48-separate on Ru6 and Ru5
ROM on two 8k
Tape recorder port on KR1006vi1
Tweeter is located in the lower left corner
The keyboard port is not buffered, as a result of which
periodic freezing is observed.
On the system connector (or rather there is no connector, only contact pads
under it) there is a signal ctl-0 and ctl-1, by controlling which it is possible to
disable ROM and/or RAM.
Presumably arrived from Novosibirsk, but judging by what I found descriptions
this is not a classic Novosibirsk spec.
