Do we need a CP/M compatible OS?

From Sharihin Alexander To All 22 June 2006

Greetings, All!

Subject?

The question of particular concern is whether we need a UNIVERSAL (you stick a floppy disk in
pro, stick it in scorp or kai or in pnetagon with cache) OS.

My developments are still very simple (I took FK0 CP/M as a basis), added the function
setting the point (I’m thinking about sprites...), adapted it to run on
Pro (requires only the RAM port to page 0), wrote a
disk configurator (select a disk, select its format from ATM, Profi and
MOA), configured nevada basic for my terminal, made a "snapshot"
launched from a com file for the game Maziaks. Started writing edit.com, yes
I quit....(also with Arkanoid and the file manager). And a lot more,
but there’s just not enough time!

There are a lot of glitches, I’m currently working on a graphical add-in (that’s where I need sprites 8)

I’m just thinking that I can do at least something useful for the ZX community...

look for all this on pincpm.by.ru.

Well, write letters to the small onesunderscore!
