Hello All!

A problem has arisen: the programs find a camston mouse, but I didn’t have it (the mouse) anywhere near the pro.
well, the programs “slow down.” You can’t tell me what the problem might be.

With respect, Shurik

This is the BB55 port in such a state. :-) But there is a charm, write
any values into it (with which there will be no glitches), and it will produce them
when polling ports.

Next time, when writing a message on the Internet, keep in mind that the spektrumist does not know file transfer formats other than UUE and the fact that messages must be written in koi8, because all messages arriving on the server are automatically recoded into an alternative GOST encoding... You can imagine what a person who receives a message in WIN1251 will read, which is converted using the koi8_alt sign. ;)))

Actually, this applies to everyone who has not read Arr5... Reminds me. ;)

In the pros, as far as I remember, it is not the attribute values that are thrown into the FF port, but
the values of the points. That's why the curve. Soldering the summaries, its components
definitely cured the glitch with the Kempston mouse. But actually identifiers need to be

Of course! For example, using it together with a soaper in the case when it is necessary
to leave the computer at night, for automatic redialing.
By the way, in Melon it was supposed to use a similar device, and maybe
it looks like it is still there.
Do you have any changes in this regard?

From Andrey Isaev To All 26 March 1999

^^^^^ and who is this?
In absolutely all pros, at the output of the pixel register, abstracts hang with one
end on the bus, so we get a certain port #ff, only not
attributes are read, but graphics for all not used ports, what this leads to is probably
you can figure it out yourself. So, in order to avoid such glitches, you need to bite out these shortcuts
even if you install the mouse directly, because in this device for buttons
only 3 bits are used, the remaining 5 will float, and this leads to the fact that
some mouse detectors are not found.

AL> But BB55 hangs on the ports with its value?
How did it get there? its ports have always been #1f #3f #5f #7f and this does not intersect with the ports of
mouse.

You can turn it on when there is a clock with an alarm clock.
you have to turn it on at the output of the microcircuit, so CMOS will not work.
And the download of software (s) must be done programmatically.
but where to store this program, the devil only knows,

That's it! If you're going to get into the computer's power supply, then you need to turn it on.
This is even supported by AXLR in "MADROM" - the firmware for the "empty" ROM page.
At the alarm signal (pin 19 - /IRQ) of the CMOS clock, the computer should turn on and
run either "boot" or enter NeOS (depending on what you write in the clock). But this was never implemented in
hardware - there was no need yet.

This was generally supposed to be the case, but you can’t do it like that :), you should, of course, do it on an
optoelectronic relay.
Once again: no one checked THIS.

Hello, Alexander!

Here are the “subject” diagrams. As they say: “Cheap and cheerful.”
It should work. The bottleneck is the contacts of the relays K1 and K2. But,
I think it will work for a hundred years anyway.

Q - signal from the shutdown port register

K2 - RES-15, passport 002 (at 12V)
K3 - RP-21 ~220V 50Hz !!!

The RESET (CMOS) signal, well, the “power control”, must be wired
as usual! (in my clock diagram it is drawn)

The capacity needs to be selected. I wrote 1.0 uF "from the light". We have to practically try it. The smaller it is, the less the switching impulse drains the battery. But you shouldn’t forget about the reliability of operation. It is necessary, gradually increasing the capacity, to achieve
the operation of K1 and K3, and then, for reliability, double it

Or maybe a better diode bridge, a thyristor, 2 optotrons, a trigger...
The batteries will last a long time, and the reliability is higher, maybe...

Hmmm... Interesting idea. You can do this in NeOS: depending on the bit
exit either in NeOS, or launch TR-DOS straight away. Only if you run
TR-DOS, then you won’t be able to go to NeOS :-)

Maybe you should launch neos first, and then tr-dos from under it?

And IMHO neos = another Pink Floyd, think about it - the processor has 64kb in total, and you
16kb you take for ROM, which has useful things, but in 99% of cases you can put them in a jar.
And the set of functions surprised me...

Why not just develop CP/M further?

No, don’t do that. In NeOS you need to do this: document 2 additional
entry points into it. 1 - #0000 - as it is now by reset; 2 - #???? (preferably
#00C9) - login to NeOS _without!_ memory clearing; 3 - #???? - logging into NeOS is normal,
with RAM check.
Yes! There is no need to invent new CMOS clock cells for this! Look here:

╒═════════ MadRom.H.W ════════════──

CMOS clocks are supported according to Gluck: the drive selected from the screensaver
is stored in register #10 CMOS, SetUp with all sorts of
(un)useful things, and the time/date display.
The clock will be found if register #11 CMOS
contains #AA. It is believed that time/date is stored in
binary decimal format, the days of the week are encoded as follows:
1-monday,...7-sunday. Months: 1-Jan,...,12-Dec.

The ability to turn on the computer by alarm
CMOS is supported. After the reset, the firmware compares the current time and
alarm clock. If the hours and minutes coincide, and the difference in
seconds is no more than 4 seconds, then depending on
the state of the "alarm rom" flag, control is transferred to DOS or
toBasic128. Moreover, using software microphones you can
additionally set any computer configuration you want and
when turned on, all this will work. For example, if there is
a modification “substituting the cache instead of the basic128 ROM”, then when
it is turned on, control can be transferred to the cache (and after
control is transferred, the running program can
set some other starting configuration,
corresponding, for example, to the next day of the week:).
Program microphone registers: #13, #14. The names of the microphones
and the addresses of their ports are entered by the user independently before
flashing the ROM (or even STS). Ports can be set
ABSOLUTELY ANY - taking into account the characteristics of the machine
on which MadRom is installed. All the same, no one
except the user will get to these ports :). new ones, if they appear on the computer,
can be registered without erasing the ROM - there is #FF right now.

Why develop it? Take it and use it. How many versions are there? Under Pro, under
ATM, under Scorp...
And on normal Spec-128-512, of which there are about 50% so far, it does not work without
some modifications to the computer. It’s not just the ROM that needs to be changed?
