NeOS - Need help!

Can anyone tell me which part of the ROM NEw dOS is flashed into?
If it’s zero, then what needs to be done (in hardware) in the car? And
if instead of Basik there is 128, then how does it
manage to get into it from its own menu?
And in general, let’s say I install NeOS and what should I do with it next?
By the way, is there a version of it for a memory meter on TURBO 2+ ports or not (if
not, then why)?.
