So I returned to the echo, although now through the Internet. I read the archive of messages.
And I see that many are talking with regret about the “ruined” subject.
As much as possible, I want to please you - the subject is not dead, it continues to live,
only there is practically no one to work on it. And with the strength of a group of four
people, two of whom are busy with family/work, you can’t move mountains.
Therefore, I suggest everyone who wants the project to be brought to completion, and

the netmail will probably reach you. But email is preferable in any case.

866 and 1251 encodings. If there is interest, I can post it in the echo.
