1. The film lasts 90 minutes. But this is not Gigi Vertov, although this is a film, not a report and not a journalistic documentary. Look for information and content in.the film doesn’t follow - it’s not there. Form dominates everything. Namely, clip construction. Those. something in the form of demo-making on
Spectrum. We have to admit that the circle is closed. Of the demomakers who came to HC-99 (and there were probably the majority of them) to demonstrate their technically refined, undoubtedly very
COOL skills, they made a
COOL demo out of them. In the style of Rap (or Rave? - by and large, it doesn’t matter). Form finally won over content. To everyone who gave Frunze an interview, explained something, brought to the attention of the public their thoughts on Spectrum in general and on their activities in particular, who tried to talk about their projects at Spectrum, etc., please break off, they were simply jammed during installation. Moreover, we are not talking about CENSORSHIP, we are talking about the emasculation of content - total and absolute emasculation. The pace of presentation of the video sequence used in the clips does not leave any chance for even a grain of content or a grain of meaning to be retained. The film is so sterile that it can be shown even now on ORT.
2. It should not be considered that this is a film about HC-99. Rather, this is a film about:
2.1. How Frunze himself perceives reality
2.2. How Frunze can make COOL video clips. (This is exactlyso, - from a telephone conversation with Frunze, it became clear that the main goal was... STRENGTH.)
2.3. How to make an absurdist collage out of a meaningful and, in general, AT LEAST SOMETHING organized meeting of people.
The public is nothing more than extras - they are deprived of a voice. The cycle of snatched phrases, faces and screensavers makes the viewer perceive the film as something whole, indivisible into parts. Some kind of verbalization, some kind of comprehension outside the framework of the holistic product offered by Frunze is impossible. And the complete product is the perception of Frunze (see paragraph 2.1). Thus, besides
Frunze, it is difficult to see any other
content in the film.
3. Therefore, let's talk about HOW
Frunze himself sees Spectrum. And he sees it
as follows.
3.1. Everything died long ago. Until the corpse is completely decomposed, it is necessary to actively plunder, making capital from it. Because, in Frunze's opinion, this is already devoid of content, the goal is to demonstrate one's own technical capabilities for the purpose of further resale. (According to Frunze, the standard is MTV. In my opinion, MTV is really a standard, but in the sense of a FAN PIPE OF MAXIMUM DIAMETER, which once burst through. A standard of debilitation that exists at the level of a non-systemic unit.
3.2. Spectrum's slews are simply an all-Russian booze, the public gathers in order to give in and make a fuss. It must be said that the public itself has succeeded in this. If you didn't puke on the HC-99, then puke while watching the movie, maybe it will do some good. It is also interesting to think about HOW people who have no idea about it will perceive Spectrum? Like a half-drunk homeless person? Any video sequence, being recorded at the subcortical level, requires its actualization, representation
outside. It's scary to think about what will happen at the next meeting. After all, the public will seriously decide THAT THIS IS HOW IT WAS, THAT IS HOW IT SHOULD BE. THAT THIS IS REALITY. As a rule, boys 16 - 24 years old do not know psychotechnics that allow them to separate the subconscious from the conscious in their own psyche, not to mention using the subconscious to regulate the conscious and using the conscious to regulate the subconscious. And
this means that the perceived STEREOTYPE,
imposed on Frunze, will be reproduced and replicated BEHAVIORALLY.
I.e. this is zombies. When HomoSapiensa being left unattended is scary. But this is exactly what will happen, since the film (clip) is non-verbal and can only be perceived as something holistic,
i.e. SUBCONSCIOUSLY. By the way, - again from Frunze's conversations - it turned out that the film was being dubbed in English - for REPRODUCTION ABROAD. What will they think about Spectrum?!!! And about Russia
IN GENERAL? It won’t even occur to them that this is just a person, not spoiled by reading in childhood, who got his hands on first-class equipment - well, he did it... This will be perceived as EVIDENCE, AS A FACT. And you, that is, those who came to the Sl╦t, are like a HERD of IDIOTS.
3.3. Commercial distribution on the Spectrum platform is NOT POSSIBLE. (This is indeed true, since COPYRIGHT is not respected.) But from the fact that you cannot sell THEM (ie, Spectrum users), it does not at all follow that you cannot sell THEM.
Which was done brilliantly. The target audience is PC USERS. More precisely, that part of it that is nostalgic for the freedom of Spectrum, sitting in emulators as office clerks on PCs - as a rule, on the network. They are pleased to see such a
representation of events, where the dominant
point of view about the degradation of Spectrum.
So, they were right in switching toRS-k.
Distribution was meant only on
CD-ROMs. Now the pissyushniks will have joy, - full of pants, - Spectrum,

Distribution in Spectrum is IMPOSSIBLE.
And the company (c) Nemo got into trouble out of stupidity and
got into money, because ALL█ CAPTURED. (For why - see below.) Spectrum was used
as a texture, a background - the film was not made for
Spectrumists, because THEY ALL DO NOT PAY EQUALLY, and that is why they were awarded such a film. As they say, he who pays calls the tune.
4. And, finally, the rhetorical question
that the Romans asked when SOMETHING
happened - look for who benefits from it. The answer, by the way, lies on the surface. THE ONLY TV advertisement that is in the film is an ADVERTISING FOR THE SCORPION COMPANY. It was with technical assistance and under the wise leadership of Zonov that the film was put together. The result was exactly what Scorpion needed, namely the following:
4.1. Spectrum is dead, all that's left is a half-drunk scumbag (it's easy to think this idea through - you have to buy a PC - which is exactly what Zonov needs).
4.2. The clerks of the Scorpion company have nothing to say about their new activities at Spectrum, - it doesn’t matter. We simply CONSURE-
GIVE Frunze that it is necessary to make a video
(i.e. we imposeform), and, automatically, BY THE POWER OF THE FORM, EVERYONE SHUT UP, -
EVEN THOSE WHO HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY. This is really cool - censorship through the imposition of a form. A creative find - I'm afraid, however, that it's not Frunze.
4.3. We get good commercial returns in the PC. It's fun for PC people to watch, and besides, it matches their intellectual level. As they say,
for Senka and a hat.
4.4. An undoubted creative find
can also be considered the MONTAGE of your humble servant, the author of these lines - with whom
do you think? - with a homeless person. It's strong. It
works. Why long dialogues? After all, Nemo can SAY something..., - revealing his low intellectual level and some things that are not entirely pleasant to the CUSTOMER of the film. Therefore
no conversations - it is simply edited together with the homeless person, and into the subcortex, into the subconscious of the viewer. It is unlikely that he will then be able to give himself a CONSCIOUS account of why he perceives Nemo in this particular way and not in any other way. Score five points. This is real PR (read "PR" - translated from English - "public relations" :-), -
which in fact, as a rule, turn out to be banal management of mass consciousness). And the tempo of the clip (i.e. the form of presentation
of the material) is not conducive toaugust
conversations. This is not “Swan Lake” for you - the time of presence in the frame is determined and is directly proportional to the alcohol content in the blood. Temporhythmics, plasticity - everything is sacrificed to form. The clip must be COOL, otherwise they won’t notice it on MTV. And in fact, Frunze's prospects are cloudless - he will undoubtedly be in demand. Not everyone
has the talent to turn a meaningful gathering of people into a
boomer through a television camera - in the process, EMPHASIZING ALL█
CONTENTS. Such talent on television is worth its weight in gold. At the same time, he is chastely irresponsible and does not realize the uncleanliness and
dirtiness of his work - i.e. IDEAL PERFORMER.
What conclusion suggests itself? That's right,
there is no alternative, - everything is in shit, - Scorpion remains, - you need to buy a PC.
5. Well, what conclusions can be drawn and
summarized?
5.1. The film should be bought AT LEAST BY THOSE
who was present there, so that THEY could
appreciate how masterfully one can DISTORT reality. This is sobering. In addition, it is possible to instantly achieve an understanding of the essence of television. Those. there is no need to contemplate (watch) TV with the sound and image turned off, as Pelevin recommends, for 15 years.
5.2. For myself personally, I decided that Frunze,probably will not cover the following incidents - for the simple reason that it is unlikely that anyone will communicate with him AT ALL after what he has seen. (I mean people
who are REALLY TRYING TO DO SOMETHING
IN SPECTRUM).
For everyone else who sleeps and sees themselves
on the TV screen - and only dreams of that - we can recommend to eat yourself until the pig squeals. This is a guarantee of getting into the frame. What kind of demos you write and what useful things you did at Spectrum no longer matters to Frunze. Shocking, shocking and once again shocking, as the great Lenin taught. More eccentricity. you know this is the least of my worries :) it was not my opinion, I just
forwarded the letter! I will express my opinion after watching the film! although I already suspect in advance that it will be clearly the opposite of Comrade Nemo. if only because I liked the video - it's cool! it’s just that people apparently were expecting films in the style of

/pros: I have been a film enthusiast for 25 years, in 1978
I even received a certificate from the Timiryazevsky Komsomol district committee for a film
