Since the subject (Tim Kelly) still showed up after a year of absence,
I am stopping the actions of raising the echo on the bond and electing a moderator.
I hope that this conference will not
be abandoned for such a long time.

I will repeat once again - if people don’t write to the conference, this does not
mean at all that they don’t read it. If you don’t see my swearing in the conference, this
doesn’t mean at all that it isn’t moderated.
My presence is invisible, but very noticeable, believe me ;)
