I see, there are a bunch of you here, very bright prospects for zhelezyachnikov
are you suggesting!?
If all the zhelezyachnikov thought similarly, then the 48th with a cassette drive
would have been perfect.
Well, if you need something, then you’re off to the afftopic!!!

But only if, in your opinion, this is impractical, then it’s a personal matter!
But any even small piece of iron has its place to be, and most importantly
to be useful!
Let everyone collect what in his opinion will be useful, and if he thinks so
initially, then there WILL be some benefit from it!

In short, it’s in vain that you are suppressing the initiative...

Where did you find “a fairly complex circuit”. According to the author, the scheme is elementary. And
moreover, it is _not_tied_ to Speccy, it can simply be used
together with it.

SO> but a _decent_ sequencer is not. Speccy is not suitable for this,

Everything you wrote is interesting, but it doesn’t bother me much. I'm interested
in the ability to play MIDI files - this is the main thing, the rest is secondary.

SO> But there is also such a computer among the people - Atari ST,

Well, I have an Atari + tape recorder, and what should I do with it? I’ve never
connected it (one friend got rid of it so as not to throw it away), and the cassettes have long been
worn out to the music.

SO> Those musicians who are very limited in funds (so much so that
SO> 486 offtopic are not able to buy;), have been using it for a long time and successfully.

I’m not a musician, but I don’t have 486. So why should I shoot myself now?

All ideas and considerations should be expressed not to me and not here, but to the author for the benefit of the doubt. And in the 19th issue of Paragraph, read his answer (if the author deems it necessary to answer personally).

With respect, Alexey.

the ending will be lost. :((

The easy way. In principle, you can write a quite good music converter and generally play with sampled instruments. ))) Not a Yamaha XG of course...
))) But do we still play midi files? )))

ST? XL? How much money do you want? )

Bye Aleksey! /Stanley/
