Melon v1.79

ZXNet echo conference «real.speccy»

From Roman Zagorskih To All 9 June 1998

Greetings All!

Does anyone know what size (in file transfer mode)
Melon's buffer is. That is, how many (in bytes) will the subject write into
memory before it starts writing the file to disk?
The fact is that I was once downloaded a file (in
terminal mode) about 65100 long. I thought that the subject had a buffer of 65534, but it took
and cut the file into two a piece of length approximately 64400 (the first) and
748 (the second).
So what is the actual size of the subject buffer. Who is not too lazy
to write to the teapot, please help. Thank you in advance.

Oh the spectrum is smoking. I can’t talk anymore.
See you soon All.
