Not only commanders. Nowhere is it written that sector 9 is
an unused part of the disk. Scorpio in the F sector stores the setup
and autorun.

Hello, Yan and Arseniy!

■ 5 Aug 98 at 10:05:12 Yan Zagorskih vs Arseniy Astapenko
discussed the topic "mail editor"

I decided to comment on this.

YZ> And in LAR I noticed another glitch. It's really not fatal,
YZ> but
YZ> still. Sometimes when tossing with LAROY, if in the subject line, or in
YZ> another line in the header, the amount of information is more than
YZ> can
YZ> fit to the right edge of the screen (for 256*192 mode) then
YZ> the information does not fit moves to the next
YZ> line from the left. So after tossing the whole disk, almost nothing can be understood in the
YZ> header.

I see this too every time.
And another glitch - it seems that Lara does not look before writing files to
tek. free sec disk. Once, while tossing, my post.p files suddenly began to be written not to the ramdisk, but to Lara's body - everything was covered, of course. I erased a few .pkts so that it would fit into free sec
and everything was done!

regarding the Russian "H" - I read today in chainik.txt:

.......................... cut ..........................................

If you write a message in Russian, do not forget about one
subtlety: it is highly not recommended to use the Russian letters
"H" and "p". Replace them with English "H" and "p"! This is due to the fact that these letters are recognizedby most
editors as control characters, which leads
to problems when reading letters (for example, the Russian
letter "H" simply disappears.

.............. end_of_cut .........................

And another glitch (when will they be fixed already :) - especially annoying:

ABSOLUTE ABOUT NORMAL ABOUT READABLE LETTER Larka sometimes doesn't let
comment ==8E ] And her choice of such a letter
works purely according to feminine logic - maybe she needs candy? :))

And you can correct the letter (key "0"), but reply
to it - NO!
It looks like this: the whole header is in place, the greeting is there, even
a little of the letter being commented on is visible. And about half
of the letters, the origin and the target line, are missing.

And about those letters that pass through Internet gates.
Observations show that only those letters
that are not visible are those that have an alphabetic address in the To: field of the letter instead of a digital address
(such as 2:4616/11.3) (such as sed.lg.ua).All
other Internet letters are visible excellent.

And even another glitch (or so intended, it’s still bad).
There are such buttons in Lara - z, x, c, v - to write .pkt.
So .pktis recorded only for the current aka. Why else
as many as two aka IF I'M ALREADY GOING INTO THE SETUP ADDRESS, IN ORDER TO SEND
.PKT TO ANOTHER NODE?
And once Lara has written it down, she won't write down that letter a second time: E
It happens that I wrote it down, and then wanted to add to it, but the train has already left:(
And why does Lara herself decide which .PKT to create, and which ones not to?
It’s another matter - I would suggest!

Here’s another wish: to highlight in color those letters that contain
the user’s address. And it would be necessary to make it possible to
mark those letters that need to be copied or deleted
(I spotted a bunch of letters one by one into text - that’s not serious. And it would be good). make
several mail disks - there are several disk drives.
Apr. I have a Ramdisk and drive "A". Maybe the author Lara does not have a
ramdisk (which rules) and he has a Pentagon-512? So this can be
arranged!

I apologize for such traffic, but today it’s like a knife on the nerve -
the most necessary letters - and I can’t comment :(.

A In general, I like a lot of things in this editor (that’s why I use it, despite the glitches). I just have to learn everything about ZEDom.

How can I contact the author himself? Is the address from the help real?

Well, that’s it, goodbye, Arseniy. (And don’t be silent, please, otherwise I
already think that mail is not coming from me:(

Or are you all too proud to answer? There's no way the teapot can't be used anymore?!

CBest regards, Sasha.

IMHO the best place to store time is the setap.p file!

All the best.

No, the best place to store time is m/s KR512VI1 (or analogue) :))))

KF> What about accuracy? It’s better that the program itself asks the clock
KF>.

Well, of course! CMOS rules!.. For those who have them. :) The rest need to be installed urgently!

Well, until they have installed it, the time should be stored in the setup, and not on the 9th sector
of the disk.

All the best.
Roman.
