Lara 4.3
ZXNet echo conference «real.speccy»
From Vladimir Burenin → To All 30 June 1999
There is a proposal to make a setup in the form of a regular letter, and accordingly
a separate aria for it, it would be cool to immediately change everything along the way, and the setup
would be painful to constantly move.

Once [Wednesday 30 June 1999] at [23:11:56] I saw how Vladimir Burenin
wrote a letter to Viktor Kuzmin.
The reason for this event was the topic "Re: Lara 4.3".
I decided to comment on this event...
VB> Yes proposal, make a setup in the form of a regular letter, well

There is an even cooler proposal:
- reserve a setup file on the disk with Lara with the maximum
possible number of sectors for this file, for this version of the editor.
(if my memory serves me correctly, then this 24 sectors)
And *that’s it*! ;)
Lara will look for the setup file on the disk and write directly to it.
This will be approximately the same as 'ss+enter' in STS-e when
entering the file name.
Naturally, it is advisable to check for exceeding the permissible size of the
setup in sectors.
Best regards, Felix.

And where the base itself lies, also register in it?

Hi * Viktor * !
And it all started on 11-Jul-99 at 14:44:48, when Viktor Kuzmin
talked with Vladimir Burenin about Lara 4.3

This is of course a snag, but then it’s better to adjust the colors in Lara like in
Storm, in short, you change one byte, well, on which disk
the mail is located. And that’s it, and you don’t have to worry about changing origins, constantly transferring mail, well, in short, everything is simplified specifically.
Oooh, the idea, in short, is to make an aria called SETAP, and make a series of
letters, one letter from Origins, well, and all sorts of text settings, and
to others by letter all hardware settings.
It's up to you
2ALL: How do you look at this?

Rulez is intended, but the main thing is to make sure that when the database is recreated, this aria is not
flogged, but pulled up to the beginning of the disk.
2KVA: another big request: please do a check on the free space on the disk (both
on both), otherwise it’s very bad when you accidentally waste more
than necessary, and as a result the _entire_ database crashes... more it would be very cool
if there was a possibility of finishing the flow of PKT-shek.
With best regards, Yuri Voynalovich.

Exactly!
And so that it (free values) is displayed in the lower console, for both disks and
mail, and pkt!
All the best.
Best regards Roman.

You can, of course, do all this. There is just one thing here. As
Scratcher once said: “KVA writes normally only when he has enthusiasm,
desire... The rest of the time he slows down.”
