CRY OF THE SOUL!!!!!!

ZXNet echo conference «real.speccy»

From Roman Petrov To All 7 August 1998

Hello! Dear All!

People! If you thought that I had given up on everyone here, then you are deeply mistaken.
It’s just that my favorite echo (that is, this one) did not work for a long time and stubbornly :( Huge
request, send me all your messages on the BIOS topic. If all this reaches me, then I will certainly answer (I also have Netmail here problems).

PS: Did you even get a message with a question about the file system?
2Roman_Milukov: How are things going with the driver?

Not yet. :( I recently sent the information again, I hope...

All the best.
Roman.

Clearly. For now I’m working on the command interpreter, not disk functions.
They screwed me up temporarily with low-level disk functions :( So far
I’ve almost written a procedure for entering a line, I discovered glitches in the driver keyboard
and the procedure for printing on the screen ;-) Glitches - fixed. Today I'll add an input and start writing an interpreter. By the way, it will be possible to pass parameters to programs via the command line Yes, the command line can be up to 63 characters long. more, and so the number of simultaneously installed
drivers has decreased to 64 (from 128). Yes, by the way, now the drivers
loaded by NeOS will be located in 1 and 2 logical pages. People, is 32 kilos enough for the driver, or should I allocate another page? Yes,
these pages are not lost to the program, they can be used freely.
So how?

PS: HURRAY YOU SEE ME! My favorite echo is back!

RP>? Yes,

In my opinion it should be quite enough.

All the best.
Roman.

From Tim Kelly To All 15 August 1998

I greet you from the bottom of my heart, Roman!

Wed Aug 12, 1998, Roman Petrov squeezed the keyboard, hoping that the following
words would reach All:

RP> PPS: If someone from Ukraine sent me soap with BIOS suggestions,
RP> then don’t expect an answer :( Soap doesn’t work. If the moderator doesn’t mind, then
RP> repeat in the echo, or if the moderator has saved messages from July 23,

It remains :) You can also look at the echo from the beginning :) Everything is there!
Only about being lazy... :) Netmail will go - write, I’ll throw it away.

[Team Kelly]
Hasta la vista.
