I have a question.
There are books on fido, but is it possible
and how to read them on specs?

you take them and merge them with bbsy book, download a text editor and read it in it ;-)

Personally, I take it to the isdos, unpack it,
make ibm_is+.com (delete #0a),
format it to 42 characters, write it to disk.
(in the archive), then take out tv.com, set
DELAY on 140, I take a cup of tea in both hands, press "s", after which the text slowly moves up, and I calmly read without touching the keyboard. :)))
