5.1 The "NeOS" project was declared a "pilot" project of the echo conference, it follows that permission to post new versions and documentation, as well as software designed to work under NeOS, was issued by Roman Petrov AKA Megus/Brainwave^X-Project
(2:5052/7.37@fidonet). The permission includes unlimited UUE traffic without prior approval by a moderator.
Coordination of the project and limitation of daily UUE traffic
remains on the conscience of Roman Petrov.

5.1.1. UUE posting, authorized by the NeOS project coordinator, must be accompanied by an appropriate inscription in the first lines of the posting message.
