Has anyone encountered the reluctance of a subject to unpack more than 13 files? Personally, I
no, I checked it on two archives, both were made on different offtopics, both have 16
files and they are all unpacked, so it seems that this glitch does not exist in
nature.

I haven’t come across it. By the way, I do not forbid mentioning the PC when necessary, and not for comparisons and idle chatter. What I mean is that your “offtopics” have already been gored! :)
