IS-DOS and its parents

ZXNet echo conference «real.speccy»

From Denis Rybakov To All 21 August 2001

Guys, there was a need to drag and drop text files from IS-DOS. This is the diary of one person and the value for him is extremely great to lose. The whole problem is that he stupidly encrypted them with some kind of fucking "krypton". This very krypton was not on the disk (what is it? a piece of junk from the standard IS-DOS package or a handicraft from some kulhatskers?). The boy remembers the password. Perhaps I won’t be able to find this
stupid utility, does any of you know
its encoding algorithm or can indicate how to contact the authors.

Hello, Denis!

I have this encryption program. But, look somewhere else for now - for this I need to put the
5.25" back on, and remember about dragging and dropping files from the fdi image.
Laziness in general is fiddling around. Maybe someone else will give it to you.

PS. Don’t write to me with soap, the hub has fallen. Unless on f2065(at)hotbox.ru

Sincerely, Evgeniy.

Utility from the iS-DOS 4.0 kit. It encrypts the file using a very stupid method,
therefore it is a completely useless thing as an encryptor.

Find the base disk of IS-DOS version 3.5 or 4.0, it’s lying there in the directory with the editor
.
