Dear spektrumists!

We haven’t talked for a long time, so I have accumulated a
amount of information that I hasten to share with you.

1. I remind you again about the existence of the “Your Game” competition, which we are holding for the second time. Therefore, I encourage everyone who
is able to create games for the Spectrum to take an active part
in this competition! The prize fund today is
5000 rubles. ($165). The deadline for accepting games is December 31, 2003
. Hurry up! If anyone needs more detailed
information about the competition, please contact me by e-mail.

2. Now every author who has submitted a more or less voluminous article for publication in "Paragraph" receives a free issue of our
newspaper. Every media outlet should have this practice, but, unfortunately, until recently we could not afford it.

3. In connection with the second point, we require smart, intelligent
correspondents and authors of articles for the newspaper "Paragraph".

4. Apart from our newspaper, we have not announced the start of the “Active Spectrumist” campaign anywhere else. Now we bring it to your attention. The meaning of this action is as follows. The action is intended to somehow encourage the work of today's creatively active people, as well as to attract everyone else working on our platform to activity. The action itself is carried outin the following
form. During the work on each issue, we collect the opinions of
readers, who must express their point of view about who they consider to be the most active at the moment on our
platform. Naturally, you cannot vote for yourself! Absolutely any person working on the Spectrum can be considered an active Spectrumist. Before releasing the next issue, we
count the number of votes sent by readers. The
person who gets the most votes will receive
an issue of the newspaper for free. Send your votes to my
e-mail. The promotion is ongoing!

5. Readers have repeatedly spoken out in favor of creating a unified
print media, as was the case during the famous “ZX-Review”.
We, for our part, practically did not react to this in any way.
I believe that the time has long come for fruitful impulses
in this direction. If anyone has any suggestions
about this, write, I will listen to all points of view.
