Need an artist

To work productively on ANOTHER WORLD, we need an artist who can
convert/draw high-quality monochrome sprites. The
presence of a PC is required, since the originals will be presented in gif/bmp format.

The sprite conversion will be:

1. Each frame of the sprite will be in 320x200 resolution (screenshot from the original).

2. The frame is scaled by a factor of 80% (at 256x160).

3. The sprite is drawn in any PC editor, the squares and other irregularities that arise as a result of scaling are removed according to the original.

4. The sprite is converted to a solid black and white image. Either on the PC or on the Spectrum the necessary shadows, etc. are placed. Just converting a sprite will not work, as it will be too disgusting.

There are a ton of sprites, probably even more than in AWS's MK ;)
For those who wish, I can download a program for DOS, which can be used to convert the sprite to B/W,
remove unnecessary background from the frame, create a mask (to make my work easier ;).
