As far as I remember, we need to wait until the end of February.
And this glitch will disappear by itself.

Everything is elementary - Lara, when she takes the date from .pkt when determining the month
in some way... she determines that February of the current year is not
#01, as it should be, but #0d. All that's left is to just fix the sign for this year
