Happy New Millennium!

Hello Brothers!

I congratulate all spektrumists and just subscribers of this echo on the New Year,
New Century and New Millennium. May the coming year bring only good things to all of us, may all your dreams and wishes come true. Let in the new
century, new, previously unexplored horizons will open up before the Spectrum and new
young people will take the helm, and veterans wise with years and experience never
forget about Speccy...
Personal congratulations: Konex (and your wife too), EA, Sister, Fil,
Wlodek, Alex (I hope that you still echo you're reading), Oldman (don't leave us!),

articles in "Radio Amateur"), Alex Letaev, Kirill Frolov, Kasik, Hurtman,
