There are :)

It’s not only easier, but also more convenient. For example, a user is flipping through a newspaper, flipping through it, and suddenly a picture comes across the border of the pages.
What should I do? Look for the beginning of the picture, the size, and then calculate
what should be displayed and what should not. So inconvenient and long. It’s easier to cut
all the sprites and display a separate piece in each line - quite
quickly and almost no need to think.

Why in the beginning of each line? For example, I don’t do it like that in “Optocoupler”. In the place where the color changes, not only the new attribute is placed,
but also the attribute that was there before. When scrolling forward, everything is clear, but when scrolling back, if the color change code is found, then
all the lines at the top will be printed in the old color that was
onlywhat was found.

"Optocoupler" look.

Humanly, is this so that hackers can tear out pictures beautifully? Or
so that the user sees everything as it should? The user doesn’t care what’s inside, the main thing is how it looks from the outside. In addition, someone
will have to make the signs. And the noodles are cut by a simple program that doesn’t need extra tables.

With respect, Vladimir.
