he probably means that when selecting a window, the selected part is shown
in an enlarged form (for more accurate "hits"). Am I right?

That seems to be it. Packeda!

well, two-screen (of course, interlaced is a little different).
it’s called in edp [MISC:MEGASCREEN] (sort of), in bge with a fever [D]. At the hardware level you need to solder the GIGASCREEN gadget, otherwise you will break your eyes. :). the docks rule! :))) _almost_ everything

I also drove in edp until bge came out.
I tried to “change” back when v2.1 (edp) came out - the “breakdowns” began on
the third day. :)

it seems that I have no more complaints about bge.:)

about this

when selecting a pixel-by-pixel window window, an area of say 21*21 pixels under
the cursor should be shown in the opposite corner with a magnification of 4 times so as
not to re-set the window 5 times and not to sculpt extra points for marking

this choice killed me down to the pixel back in ArtStudio

and if you consider that the arrow with auto-acceleration select EXACTLY the window 18*18 is very
inconvenient

plus more sober acceleration is needed

when changing direction (any to any) the acceleration should be reset to zero
