07/11/2001

Attention of authors for the ZX Spectrum platform: a new nomination has appeared in the list of
competitions - ZX Spectrum 32k game
compo. Please read the rules of this competition in the Submission of Works section. Works for the ZX Spectrum can now
be sent via ICQ or FIDO! The necessary coordinates are given at
the end of the Work Acceptance section.

07/10/2001

In the meeting section, a list of people who announced their participation in the festival appeared.

07/7/2001

English versions of another 11 sections were created.

07/6/2001

An English version of the work acceptance section was created.
Work has begun to attract sponsors and contacts with the mass media. My apologies if I now fall a little out of
online communication.
Authors are requested to indicate the full name of the work in the .diz-
file.
Let's go submit the first works!
The rules of the festival have been slightly changed.

07/5/2001

It is possible to change the venue to a more spacious and
equipped room. Follow the news.
Work has begun on the English version of the site. I haven’t translated everything yet
I’ll finish it ASAP.
The latest archive with rules for work can be found
here.
A questionnaire has been created on the sitefor spectators and authors who want to
arrange to meet each other at train stations.
If you are a resident of St. Petersburg and can meet those coming or
help them get to the festival site, please
visit the meeting section.
The list of authors and groups eligible for free entry
can be viewed here.

---

You can download an archive with the rules for work
in various competitions, for subsequent printing. The archive
is packed in ZIP and contains texts for 4 encodings.

Authors who are going to exhibit their works at the
festival must register. An ftp server is open for accepting works, where they will be tested and selected. It is also
possible to send works by email and regular mail (see information
at the end of the section).

Registration will be completed a week before the start of the festival,
i.e. on the evening of August 12. As an exception, it is possible to accept work
directly on the day of the equipment run, August 17 at the festival site, but only if you have a really compelling
reason and worthwhile work. However, do not rely on this
day, as the likelihood of your work being accepted on this day is extremely
low.

All authors are asked to communicate in advance how much
of work they plan to submit (their duration, inwhat
nomination, what hardware requirements, etc.). This is the only way we
will be able to clearly plan the festival regulations.

The winners of the previous demo party CC000 are provided with
free tickets; if you are one of them, indicate such data in a special field of the registration form. Attention: free
tickets are not cumulative, the maximum number of free
tickets for a group is 3 tickets. A list of relevant persons
is given here.
