In my opinion, you need to throw one of the contacts of the disk drive connector to the ground.
Try to experiment with contacts not connected to the controller...

The second contact, usually. But this is not always necessary. Sometimes you can get the drive to work by changing the jumpers. It’s better to look at
the rotation speed of the floppy disk using the ADS program (there is such an option).
The speed should be set to ~300 rpm.
