It is better to install the diode from the battery D311A (or D9)...
Or a battery of more than 3 volts...

And one more thing: Right now, on my 6th leg ID7, I added A15 and started the signal A15 & M1 (in my computer I already had such a signal generated on element LI1, it was needed for AY8910).
