From Andrey Isaev To All 3 June 1998

Hello, -=All=-!

People, do you know that in the subject there is a proprietary cheat with a password? if anyone needs
I can tell you how to turn it on.

Sincerely, Andrey.

Hello, Andrey!

Once, 03 Jun 98, a certain Andrey Isaev,
wrote to -=All=- , on the topic: [part 1]

Fi... I somehow mentioned in our ZhNet echo about gams, about the password to ChV-1,
that's how it started... And then everyone found out, and it became uninteresting to play, discuss
how to pass such and such a level. Etc. IMHO, playing such a game with a password is
not interesting.

With that, Andrey, let me say goodbye.

Of course, speak up! :) I don’t really have it, but my friends do,
and I think it will be very useful to them. ;)

2All - Congratulations to myself and everyone on the appearance of Echo in 5056!!! :)))

Oh, yes, it's you - Andrey! How are you?

Smiling mysteriously Andrey Isaev 03 Jun 98 at 16:41 leisurely

05 Jun 98 Kirill Chubenko was pinching in the hope that Andrey Isaev would read about

Yes, thousands of people already know it! :) Moreover, this password is exactly the same as
E. Safronov’s home phone number, if you discard a couple of unnecessary numbers :)

Hasta la vista.

And in my opinion, when you finished the game without the Eternals, then after that you can’t stand it,
but with the Eternals, hello.

From Roman Milukov To All 8 June 1998

AB> I need it. Why are you asking such stupid questions?

IMHO if the game is balanced and passable (like a subject), then publishing a cheat
is vaguely reminiscent of spreading a hack - interest drops sharply, and as a
consequence - demand.
Then the toy becomes just a demo.

Total good.
With respect Roman Milukov.

Hmm... that’s understandable... But when a person sits down for the first time to play the game, and he is immediately
offered to bet a bunch of stuff... He won’t even feel it the charms of the game itself.

:) Personally, I always launch new games for the first time without any cheats - otherwise
you won’t see all the delights of the game... And a cheat - it will always come in handy, so that you have less fuss to look for it later. ;)
ps. There was soap. :)

No, of course. I’m just interested to know where Slava miscalculated? Poorly
hidden in software (although it’s unlikely, it uses an offset), or it was so easy
to guess from the game (I couldn’t, since I only completed three levels - there’s nothing
to play on at home :(

I miscalculated in the fact that I made it possible to enter a password at all (in theory, the ent
chip was needed for debugging), and knowing that the number is an offset in hexadecimal
form, it’s easy to find.
The game has nothing to do with it :)

I don’t believe that you calculated it. You didn’t even try to look at it from the inside.

And the cheat was made for a reason - I can’t imagine how you can play it otherwise.

You see, I, surprisingly, have brains. I use them quite
often, with the help of this cunning device (brains),
I figured out the password, and managed to play the subject for quite a long time.

Let me say goodbye to this.

From Aleksandr Majorov To All 20 June 1998

Listen, make a cheat in Tetris, otherwise I can’t imagine
how else you can play it....

_any_ cheats are made either for debugging or as “crutches”
for those who don’t like/can’t strain their brains...

Tested from personal experience!
It gave me more pleasure to complete a level in Warcraft _honestly_,
than the same level but with a trick!
Well, yes, playing with a “cheat” rules, but if you can’t
complete the game yourself, then there’s no point in blaming the author...
The fact that the levels can actually be completed clearly without words...
Well, if your neighbor Vasya passed the level, but you didn’t, who’s to blame?

KC> You see, I, surprisingly, have brains. I use them quite

hmm, I personally saw that Kira has a subject ;-))))
After he managed to figure out the third time
the password to enter the BIOS on my rotten hemp...

Well, that's all

P.S. 2Kir: you don’t need to write lines over 80 characters,

Otherwise it’s not convenient for me to read.... ;-)))
