I doubt it’s the same as on the Sims. I have several sims - everywhere there is something
like 71C4400, three pieces per megabyte.

And in the subject there is probably 44256, dynamic RAM with an organization of 4 * 256k, on two
of these in ATAS-256 it is 256kb. However, I haven’t seen the subject.

In the subject 411000 is a microcircuit with a capacity of 1 bit and a capacity of 1 Megabit.

Well, I said that they cost 411,000 with an organization of 1Mbitx1
