CAFe'2000. Rules.

ZXNet echo conference «real.speccy»

From Pavel Vladimiroff To All 18 July 2000

Hi, All !!!

After a long break, we are throwing away the steering wheels! despite the fact that we had
some problems, the party will take place on time!!! all problems have been resolved
and we are ready to receive guests ;)
the rules still do not indicate the location of the event. this has nothing to do with our lack of it. We're just looking for the best! There is already a Mayakovsky Palace of Culture (last year's location), but after joining the party
Committee for Children and Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, we are looking for a more worthy place!
Finally, we have settled all the issues with the prize fund, for which special thanks
to the same Committee. Prize money will be given in cash in envelopes ;)
and finally, non-resident participants will be offered accommodation in the student campus (dormitory) of one of the universities in Kazan. it will cost
~30-50 rubles per night. there are also hotels there for a night that is slightly higher - from 100
rubles per night.

The tasks of the preselection committee include selecting the best works for competitions in
according to the rules. Only the best, in the opinion of the preselectors, works will be admitted to the competition. Thus, each work submitted to the competition will go through a preselection, regardless of the number of works in a particular nomination. Competitive works of members of the preselection committee, as well as persons in one way or another involved in the CAFe'2000 organization undergo preselection on a general basis.
Under equal conditions, preference is given to the work whose author is personally
