From Kirill Frolov To All 17 November 1998

Greetings, All!

1. What to do if the subject is 32kb? Is it okay to hang it on 4 bit #7ffd?

2. I know for sure that there is an STS for the subject! Help me!

3. How should a magician work in a subject? For me it can
be pressed at any time. Maybe it needs to be more different? For example, only in RAM or only
NOT IN CACHE?

4. Why does an STS placed not in the 7th bank crash the screen and does not determine the current
bank?
What entry points are there in the STS to tell it (or determine) the current
bank RAM, ROM (if possible), TR-Dos (???), registers, etc. ? How to make
so that when placed in another jar the screen does not rattle? Probably not at all :-(
I saw something out of the corner of my eye about the 3rd screen in the extended memory in order to put STS-a
there, but I don’t know how to switch and what kind of STS is needed for this too :-(

There is such an idea - an analogue of magic on Scorpio. Purely for STS-a and that’s all. Well there
the computer configuration should be completely determined, so that later when returning
not It will be possible to screw up gams like black crow in order to extract
extra coins, firewood, etc. :-) Or, if you have a lot of memory, you can do an analog
MagOS thing - you can, for example,
launch
a viewer or a hobeta from under the terminal and return back :-) But for some reason, some
kuuul-
coders when testing a computer. shamelessly ruining the contents of the cache and all memory :-(
)
Так HЕЛЬЗЯ !

With best wishes, Kirill Frolov.

Hello, Kirill!

Roman Milukov even sent it to me.
But it didn’t arrive - an evil hamster ate it on the way. :-(((

Ask Flying/DR, in the world Alexander Grimalovskij.
He debugs STS demos this way.

The idea has long been implemented and works. There are two versions for the subject - based on STS
5.1 and 6.2

I agree completely.
